It is easy to turn an ordinary monochrome sweatshirt into a designer sweatshirt. The main thing is to be patient and think out the design well. As a print, you can choose not only elementary patterns, but also complex graphic images. It is easy to complement the embroidery with felt elements, the colors of which will be in harmony with outerwear.

Hard work - a worthy result

Sophisticated graphic design combined with concise inscriptions - this is the design chosen to decorate the sweatshirt. It can take quite a lot of time to implement an idea, but an exclusive item will appear in the wardrobe, which can be worn more than one season.

For work you will need:

  • hoody;
  • embroidery thread;
  • felt;
  • hoop and needle;
  • glue;
  • scissors;
  • a sketch of the image or a stencil pattern;
  • thermal transfer paper for the printer.

Transferring to a hoody printed on thermal transfer paper pattern. In the presence of inscriptions be sure to consider the presence of the mirror effect. To get the inscriptions correct, we turn the sweatshirt inside out.

Smooth drawing.

We stretch a fragment with a pattern on the hoop.

On the front side of the sweatshirt we embroider the necessary fragments with a chain.

In the course of embroidery, we constantly check the pattern applied on the wrong side.

Cut out the overhead elements from the felt. In our case, these are letters and windows. Glue them in the right place.

We sew the felt application with a kettle stitch.

Work on the hoodies decoration is over!
